Terms of Service

Beta notice. DotraAI is in early testing and provided free during this period. These interim terms may change as the product develops; the updated date above will reflect the current version.

In short: Use DotraAI for your own content that you have the rights to. Our AI gives you suggestions and estimates — helpful, but not guarantees. Be respectful and lawful, and the final creative call is always yours.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DotraAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. Your content & the rights you grant

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload. By uploading, you confirm that:

you own or have the rights to the content, and
you have the consent of any identifiable people in it, and
you grant us permission to process it (including sending a compact, downscaled version to our AI provider) solely to generate the results you request.

We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DotraAI to upload or create:

content you don't have the rights to,
non-consensual, illegal, hateful, or harmful material, or
anything that violates others' privacy or intellectual property.

We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

5. AI outputs — no guarantees

DotraAI's rankings, captions, reviews, scores, and trend estimates are AI-generated suggestions, not professional advice or guarantees of engagement, reach, or results. Ratings and any percentages are estimates. The final creative decision — and responsibility for what you post — is always yours.

6. Plans & payment

DotraAI offers a free plan with monthly limits and a paid Pro plan. During beta the Service may be free or limited. If and when paid billing is enabled, pricing and terms will be shown before you purchase, and payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotraAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from content you choose to post. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using DotraAI and delete your account at any time (email mandotaarav22@gmail.com). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
