DotraAI ("we", "us") is an AI creative assistant for Instagram creators, operated from India. For any privacy question or request, contact us at mandotaarav22@gmail.com.

• Account details: your name and email. Your password is stored only as a salted, hashed value — we never see it.
• Photos & videos you upload: used to pick your best shots, order carousels, write captions, and review Reels/Stories.
• Project history: small thumbnails of your uploads, generated captions, and review scores/feedback, so you can revisit your work.
• Usage & account info: counts of features used, your plan, and your referral code.
• Cookies & analytics: a session cookie that keeps your workspace (whether or not you sign in), a setting in your browser that remembers whether learning is on, and product analytics (pageviews and events) to understand and improve usage.

When you upload media, it is downscaled and de-duplicated on your own device first. Only a compact version is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude API) to produce your results. For videos, we analyze a key frame.

We do not use your media for facial recognition or biometric identification, we do not train AI models on it, and we do not post anything to your social accounts.

DotraAI gets better for each kind of creator (travel, food, weddings, fitness and so on) in two ways. Neither uses your photos or the text of your captions.

• Sector research. When you upload photos, DotraAI notes which sector they belong to. It then researches that sector on the public web (how people there post on Instagram, what works, what's trending) and saves a short guide, refreshed weekly. The guide is built only from public sources and is shared by everyone in that sector.
• Anonymous choices. DotraAI records a few anonymous signals: how many suggested photos you kept or swapped (and whether swapped ones were flagged blurry or duplicate), the length of a caption you copy and whether it has emoji, whether you rated a result helpful, and which vibes and caption styles you picked. These are added to running totals for each sector. They are not linked to your account, guest workspace, email or device, and they can't be traced back to you.

DotraAI uses the sector guide and these totals as extra guidance when it writes your results. Your own photos, captions and projects are never shown to anyone else or used in anyone else's results. Our AI provider, Anthropic, does not train its models on data we send it.

You can switch learning off at any time with the "Help DotraAI learn" checkbox under your results. When it's off, no signals are sent from your browser. Because the totals are anonymous, we can't remove one person's past contributions from them.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to run DotraAI:

• Anthropic — AI processing of your prompts and media.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Neon — encrypted database for your account and projects.
• PostHog — product analytics.

As we add features, we may introduce further processors (for example, an optional read-only Instagram connection, or a payment processor for the Pro plan). Payment card/UPI details are handled entirely by the payment processor and are never stored by us. We'll update this list here.

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never use your photos or captions to train AI models.
• We never show your content to other users or use it in their results.
• We never use facial recognition or biometric identification.
• We never post to your accounts without an action you take.

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing mandotaarav22@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will action deletion promptly.

Depending on where you live (including under India's DPDP Act 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at mandotaarav22@gmail.com.

Some of our providers process data on servers outside India (for example, in the United States). We use providers that offer strong security and encryption in transit and at rest, and we limit access to your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

DotraAI is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum digital- consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
